Our client is looking for a Content Designer to work with their team to plan, create and continually evolve the content for products. The candidate will join the in-house product team who play a central role in building a trusted brand.

The role:

  • Planning and writing and editing content for web and mobile interfaces, including interaction flows, microcopy and other content throughout product experiences (i.e. landing pages and UX copy)
  • Working with UX Research to identify gaps in understanding users and making content recommendations to be resolved
  • Collaborating with designers on Information Architecture and the overall narrative and messaging for different parts of the online journey
  • Working with Product managers and our analytics teams to plan and run content tests to understand what content is most effective
  • Continually working to evolve content standards
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure content meets communications and business goals
  • Ensuring consistency across touch points

You, the Senior Content Designer:

  • Experience with content for user-centered design, and expertise within content strategy and content design
  • Hands-on writing skills, including UX writing, editing for web and mobile
  • Ability to structure content to meet customer needs
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and methods for evaluating content effectiveness
  • Experience driving forward a ‘content first’ approach
  • Capacity to advocate and explain content design approaches and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly motivated with the ability to successfully work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment where agility is key
