Our client is on a mission to make the world of design discoverable, affordable and accessible. Their product allows designers and artists to share their creative vision, build a brand and an income generating business, all while enabling them to do what they love.

This Product manager role sits in the "Supply" team, with the aim to grow the number of products on the platform and help suppliers achieve their business objectives.

The growing team of designers, analysts and developers split work across offices in London, Berlin and Zoom. The company is backed by top European VCs and is just getting started.

The role:

  • Translating the company objectives and customer needs into quarterly plans, research briefs, experiments and product stories
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and designers
  • Setting a roadmap and aligning the business to that path in order to execute on the company vision
  • Managing an end-to-end product development process that iterates quickly, tests hypotheses and takes measured strategic bets
  • Making brands optimal partners for delivering a great experience

Product objectives include:

  • Enabling suppliers to grow their brand and sales on the platform
  • Discovering and mapping the world of home, art and lifestyle products
  • Making selling on as simple as possible for small and large brands alike
  • Reducing the onboarding time
  • Maximise the amount of in-stock sellable inventory on the platform

You, the Product manager:

  • Extensive product management experience in fast growth tech companies
  • Experience in marketplaces, eCommerce or supply chain and a good mix of B2B and B2C experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly developed truth-seeking skills, ability to convert data into valuable insight
  • Work best in strategic, vision-focused environments
  • Motivated by making a meaningful long-term impact on the world
  • Proven ability to take ownership in the zero-to-one stage
  • Ability to balance simultaneous objectives and weight priorities
  • Technically minded, experienced at working with agile engineering teams
  • Customer-centric, focussing on the user's problems
