We're hiring for an ambitious company dedicated to accelerating the transition towards e-mobility. The company is playing an important role in reshaping the mobility sector. Over the last year, they have made significant strides in the development of advanced charging technologies. The team currently spans over 50 countries, and this is an exciting opportunity to join their mission of reducing the world's dependence on fossil fuels and impact millions of lives. 

The Role:

  • Creating artefacts such as personas, user journeys and flows
  • Cooperating with other designers in the team on ongoing projects
  • Working closely with the developers and product managers to design experiences/interfaces that streamline the work of software engineering teams
  • Collaborating closely with researchers and product teams to identify important research questions
  • Conducting user research across 4 mobile and web products to help better understand customer expectations, needs and motivations (interviews, surveys, online platform tools, focus groups, review analysis, ethnographic studies into well considered conclusions and proposals)
  • Working cross-functionally with many stakeholders including product management, data science, design, engineering, and marketing
  • Designing and executing studies that address both user behaviour and attitudes, using the right methodology for the right questions
  • Synthesising qualitative data and mixed methods
  • Generating insights that both fuel ideas and evaluate designs

You, the UX Researcher:

  • Strong communication with the UX team and across disciplines (visual designer, researchers, UX designers from various countries)
  • Experience of presenting and documenting findings/recommendations to peers and stakeholders
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement, and come up with possible solutions to rapidly iterate on concepts
  • Experience of helping the product team drive towards shippable solutions
  • Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions.
  • Belief in the product - a genuine drive to empower people to create, use and share renewable energy in ways they never imagined
