The Client:

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on market-leading search experiences and comparison products. Their mission is building the best online digital media company in online gaming - a very competitive and innovative sector. They have teams in London & Warsaw serving a rapidly growing network of over 100 websites across more than 50 countries. The company is building diverse, talented and high-performing teams including Software Development, UX & Design, Content, SEO, Conversion etc. As they look to expand their portfolio of websites and refine their current products, they're keen to add to their high-growth design team..

The Role:

  • Leading product design across the entire product lifecycle
  • Building slick, user-centric products to sustain high quality of their network of websites
  • Getting involved in the end to end design of websites and mobile experiences to delight their millions of users
  • Working collaboratively with all departments to bring projects to life
  • Evaluating projects and then innovating for continual improvement of products
  • Using UX knowledge to enhance the user-journey of both new and existing key products
  • Consistently operating with the highest levels of attention to detail
  • Communicating design standards across other teams and expressing a "design first" culture
  • Building prototypes and demos for new or existing products
  • Producing templates as well as graphics for both mobile and webpages
  • Testing designs on multiple devices and ensuring browser compatibility
  • Embracing user research and usability testing, to shape decisions
  • Being an advocate for a Lean UX approach and rapid prototyping to quickly present and iterate ideas

You, the Senior Product Designer:

  • 5 + years of experience working with design and development teams
  • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating solid foundations in UX design as well as designing eye-catching, high-volume, customer-centric websites
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Experience shipping successful products and understand what it takes to craft a great user experience
  • Highly proficient with tools like Figma and Sketch
  • Great eye for clean, beautiful design
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Work to tight deadlines, manage priorities and communicate efficiently with other teams
  • A solid team player, who can give and solicit feedback from other team members
  • Workshop facilitation experience would be a bonus
