Mid - Senior Product Designer

Mental health is a growing problem worldwide, our client is building a scalable solution with their revolutionary emotion detection AI product to enhance therapist productivity and empower patients through the therapy journey. This is an ambitious and exciting place to work, and a chance to make a real impact to millions of lives. The growing team based in London, are now seeking their first Product Designer.
 

The Role:

• Conducting user interviews and facilitate user research to uncover needs and validate existing implementations
• Driving the Product team towards shippable solutions
• Creating high-quality prototypes and mockups
• Working closely with the engineering team to maintain and improve app quality
• Consistently validating the user experience of shipped solutions and looking for improvements
• Taking ideas from concept to finished product (end-to-end design process)

You, the Product Designer:

• 3 + years of experience building products
• Belief in the product - a genuine drive to improve psychological therapy and the mental health of patients
• Ideally, knowledgeable of the mental health space, especially CBT and how it's used in a clinical setting
• Experience of collaborating with a cross-functional team (Engineering, Data Science)
• Ability to identify areas for improvement, and come up with possible solutions to rapidly iterate on concepts
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to turn technical knowledge into visual and quantifiable results
• Experience designing a product from scratch
